Thank you for visiting Her Fresh Fruit. Spoiler alert: Herfreshfruit.com is not a online farmers market. Her Fresh Fruit is all about promoting healthy womb care by using natural, vegan, plant-based products made by women for women. The purpose of this blog is to educate ladies regarding reproductive health, engage in conversations surrounding things we experience as women from puberty and beyond and provide a healthy alternatives to the harsh chemicals that saturate the market today.  

Her Fresh Fruit will feature natural products created to keep our peaches, cherries and berries fresh, juicy and down right fruitful.Women around the world, myself included, suffer from PCOS, PMS, BV, yeast infections,occassional vaginal dryness, infertility, fibroids, some are even in the eves and flows menopause. These products featured on the website are designed to soothe,alleviate, and in some cases eliminate those aliments.

I implore you to take this journey with me. I will be posting often and as my knowledge grows, so to will yours. We will all blossom together.

Before I part, if it wasn't obvious from my logo, I call my vagina a plethora of names. Peaches is my go to but from time to time I call her "my girl". What products do you use to care for her?
